The video begins at 5 weeks out: Leg training with her two female friends. Heavy leg training followed by a aerobic class that Annie teaches. At 4 weeks out she trains back and shoulders. 3 weeks out is HEAVY chest and triceps. The last week is biceps where she is SUPER ripped and big!
The video concludes in Las Vegas at the 2005 Ms Olympia ‘Meet and Greet’, where fans get to meet Annie and are amazed by her size and beauty. A short scene follows before she heads onstage and then we see stage footage of her prejudging routine and finals.
